How The Gamarala Went To Haven

Today I'm going to tell you the story about how Gamarala went to the heaven.

Once upon a time there was a Gamarala (a farmer) in a village. He spent happy but hard life. He was happy because he was about to reap his best ever harvest from his field. But he had to spent whole night awake to protect the crop from the animals.

One day in the evening he took the lamp and the dinner packet prepared by his wife and went to the field as usual. After went to the field he went around it and inspected his crop with a smile in his face. Then he came back to his resting place and ate the dinner. After sometime he felt bit sleepy, may be because his wife prepared delicious dinner that day and he ate bit too much. Anyway, though he was supposed to awake whole night he though to have a little nap as it's not too dark yet and not the usual time for animals to come. But unfortunately it was early next morning when he woke up finally. He went out quickly praying his crop was safe. But his disappointment half of his crop was destroyed and he can see some big rounded marks everywhere in his field.

He was very sad and angry. But he couldn't really see which kind of animal did this to his farm. After carefully looking at the big rounded marks he decided that it's nothing other than a Mortar (Wangediya) could make such a marks. So... one of the mortar from a villager's house had done that. He went all the houses in the village and order them to tie their mortars. And everybody promised to do so.

Let's read the next part tomorrow...
